Shipping policy

We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx and USPS Priority Mail - whichever method will provide you with the best service

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping for orders under $100 and $4.95 for orders over $100 (not including taxes) within the US, excluding Alaska & Hawaii. 

Oversized & Long Distance Surcharges

Due to large box size or heavy weight, some items are available for in-store pickup or local delivery only.  Recently, we have also noticed that shipping rates have increased due to COVID-19, especially for packages shipped from Oregon to the East Coast.  These added charges range from $5.00 up to an extra $25.00 charge per shipment. In the case of oversized or long distance shipping increases, we will contact you to have you approve the surcharge prior to charging your credit card.  If we are not able to assist you with your order, we will try to connect you with another local retailer who can.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground have announced shipping delays which are beyond our control.  We will notify you when we are able to ship your order and provide you with tracking information from the carrier as soon as it is available but we cannot guarantee the exact date your package will arrive.


UPS 2nd DAY AIR

UPS 2nd DAY AIR is available. The charges will be added separately to your bill. Call us at 1-866-578-8697 and we will add this option and charge it to your order.

Allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will go out with the next day's shipping.

Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.

ALASKA & HAWAII

There will be an extra charge of at least $10.00 per box, since the items must be shipped by Air. We will contact you to approve the extra charge prior to order shipment.

MILITARY ADDRESSES

Packages sent to APO and FPO addresses cannot be shipped via UPS. We must send them instead using the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. An extra charge of $10.00 per box will be applied to your order at checkout. If additional surcharges apply due to size and distance, you will be contacted prior to order shipment.


LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within 10 miles of any of our three store locations. For orders under $25, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am-8pm on Mondays-Fridays. Weekend deliveries can be arranged with a 48 hour advance notice. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

IN-STORE AND CURBSIDE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our three stores located in Bethany Village Centre, Progress Ridge TownSquare and Downtown Hillsboro.. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 to 48 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30am-7pm on Mondays-Saturdays and 10am-5pm on Sundays at our Bethany Village & Progress Ridge locations. Our in-store pickup hours at our Downtown Hillsboro store are 10am-6pm on Mondays-Fridays, 10am-5pm on Saturdays and 11am-4pm on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

For curbside pickup, simply call us after you arrive at Bethany Village (503-617-0250), Progress Ridge (503-579-8100) or Downtown Hillsboro (503-640-8301) and we can either bring your order to your car or to our front door for your convenience. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@piccolomondotoys.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  Or just call us at (866) 578-8697 for assistance. We are available from 9:30am-7pm on Monday-Saturdays and 10am-5pm on Sundays.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

For shipment to PO Boxes, we will ship your package USPS Priority Mail.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Of course, we want you to be 100% satisfied!

If you are not satisfied with our merchandise, please return it within 60 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price.

When you return an item to us, you must:

  1. Use the original packaging whenever possible.  Otherwise use a strong and secure carton, sealed securely with tape.
  2. Include the original packing slip.
  3. The item must retain all tags and show no signs of use. 
  4. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid.  Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D returns.

All sales are final on gift cards, clearance sale items, advent calendars and plush items including stuffed animals, puppets, pillows and sleeping bags.

Items eligible for returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging & accessories.  If you choose to return your item, shipping and handling cannot be refunded.  However, if the item is defective/damaged, or if a shipping error was made, we will refund postage and handling charges for that item.

 We will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the merchandise. If you are requesting a credit card refund, please allow one billing cycle for credit to appear.
